The 12-Week Program

Three phases. Each one builds on the last. By week 12 you'll have shipped real work and earned a portfolio you can point to.

Weeks 1–4

Foundations

Onboarded in to the business, the platform, our niche, the action sequence of success. Inside look on live calls, quoting, closing a deal, fulfilling the contract, and how to grow a business.

  • Industry primer: facility maintenance, GCs, brand-direct
  • CRM mastery (ours runs on the back of everything)
  • AI workflows: research, sales and marketing, drafting, verification
  • Field day: visit a live job site
Weeks 5–8

Production

Own a real book of business. Generate verified prospects, send outreach, follow up, and close real deals in your area.

  • Learn email marketing that wins customers
  • Manage GC and brand follow-up messaging
  • Participate in negotiations and award debriefs
Weeks 9–12

Ownership

Pick a vertical or a process and run it. You own the outcome, the metrics, and the report-out.

  • Vertical capture: a category from list to first won bid

Frequently Asked

Is this remote, in-person, or hybrid?
Hybrid. Most work is remote (laptop + phone). You'll be expected to join one or two on-site days per month for field visits and team workshops. If you're in Southern California, that's easy. If you're outside the region, we'll work out a travel cadence.
Do I need sales or industry experience?
No. We've hired great interns with zero sales background. What we look for is curiosity, writing ability, and follow-through. The industry knowledge we teach.
Is the full-time offer guaranteed?
No, and we won't lie about it. The offer goes to interns who hit their scorecard and prove they can own outcomes. We make that scorecard visible from week one so there's no guessing.
Can I do this while finishing my degree?
Yes. We've structured the program to flex with school. The 25-40 hour range is up to you and your bandwidth.
What's the comp if I convert to full-time?
$50K-$70K base depending on role and territory, plus commission on accounts you helped land or own outright. Realistic on-target earnings for year-one full-time hires: $70K-$95K. The ceiling is significantly higher as you build a book.
Who runs this program?
Executive leadership. You'll have direct access to senior decision-makers weekly through structured 1:1s and mentorship. No HR layer, no buffer. The flip side: feedback is direct and the bar is high. If that excites you, apply.
